This will probably be the easiest thing to make on this blog, but it tastes AMAZING!
one layer salad greens
one layer chopped carrots
one bag of frozen peas, thawed
one layer of cheese
another layer salad greens
one layer tomatoes
another layer cheese
bell peppers cut up
craisins sprinkled on top
